hello i will be starting week 10 of my first cycle on saturday. ive been taking 500mg of test e and 400mg of eq per week. i have been told by many that 10 weeks is kinda short for a cycle. should i go longer and if so, how much?

1st cycle...id go 12...i hear EQ does wonders after the 10th week...but if you have enough gear...why not continue 2 months more....BUMP
I'd go 2 more weeks on the EQ.So you'll need to go the extra 2 weeks on Test as well.Quote:

16, my last eq cycle was 16 weeks long, every thing tested out ok.. id go that long
pretty good, although my bench is shitty still it has gone from 220lbs to 280lbs, im getting ready to re-do my diet. for the last 9 weeks i have mainly been trying to get my body fat down. i was at 25% when i started, now im at 15%. im pretty happy with the results although i havent put on alot of muscle i do look alot better due to the fat loss. the rest of my cycle i will be shooting for bigger gains and not so much fat loss.
