    bulk and cut cycle?

    week 1-8 sustanon @ 500
    1-12 eq @ 400
    week 9-15 test prop (I want to cut back on the water retention at the end of the cycle)

    6th cycle
    205lbs 5,11
    10% bf
    23ys old

    I would wait for week 10 to start the prop because you'll still have a lot of test in your system from the sust in week 9.

    keep in mind that I retain alot of water from test e, c

    Bro, you know your body better then me, you need to pick what'll work for you. But I will say this, your whole premise is wrong, it's the diet that determines what the cycle's going to be, the gear is only part of it. You can do so called bulking drugs and have a diet that won't support bulking gains and you'll gain little to nothing.

    You use the drugs that work for your body, then have a diet that will susport gains without fat or as little as possible, with some fat lose would be even better, you have a lean mass cycle. A bulking cycle includes fat gains as well as muscle, that's why it's called bulking

    Cutting includes losing some muscle, so bulking then cutting, makes no sence, since you're going to lose that new muscle (some, if not all), as well as the extra fat you gained while bulking.

    I can maintain my low bf through any cycle, I just want to minimise water retention near the end of the cycle.

    well if u diet correctly you wont have too much water to worry about and u wont need to switch to the prop...

    Damn dude 5 previous cycles and you only weigh 205? Were they all cutting cycles? What are/were your goals during these cycles?

    Believe it or not, some people will never get over 200 using gear, their body just won't handle the weight, they have small frames. But I did just notice something, he's only 23 with 5 cycle, not good, he'll probably never get over what he's at now, and if he does, maintaining it will be the problem.

    From about 17-25 are the most productive years, to build muscle naturally. adding gear to the mix at this time, can have a negitive effect, what you built with gear, could of and should of been built with your natural hormones. End result, you're going to have shut down your HPTA, while it's was in the development stage, possibly not allowing your hormones to reach their peak. Which will cause you to have a very hard time retaining the weight you gain while on a cycle. With possible sexual prolems in the future or now.

    yup, they were all low dose cutting cycles
    250mg/w sus 6 weeks
    200mg deca 10 weeks
    50mg winny eod 100mg prop eod
    ...ect
    my goals are to stay around 210 shredded
    by the way, I bench 425!
