Well you could stay out of there for a while and get skinny as a rail again-that might motivate you.j/k Seriously sometimes a week or two off is beneficial, get you rested and re-oriented toward your goals.

Try a different sport.
Powerlifting, Strongman or Olympic weightlifting. Hell with your bodybuilding background you would have no trouble getting into powerlifting (you know how to bench, deadlift and squat).
Find a meet, sign up and go have fun.

Take a week off, dont even think about the gym, do pay too much attention to diet (but still eat alot) and just relax. By the time the week is over, you should be ready to go back and hit it hard

-lose the chick
-grab a ACDC cd
-watch pumping iron b4 the gym
-throw back a energy drink to give you that lil pump for the first week

I have no suggestions for you. Maybe lifting isn't for you. I have met only a handful of people who enjoy lifting as much as myself. The others come and go. I am not sure what drives me, I just really enjoy working out. "I cum in the gym and then I cum when I get home, it is fantastic".
