I can't really tell in the pic, but do you have any lumps? Any itchy nips? If youre worried you can bump it to 40mg of Nolva, until soreness subsides.

What are you taking at the moment? 20mg is not enough if you are experiencing symptoms. Obviously bump it up to 40-60mg/day until it subsides.
