are you bulkin or cutting.. you might wanna think of a new user name, as theres another bro here with that one.. if u are bulkin, you are fine, cuttin you wanna go up to 1.5.. if your bulkin, u need a ton of carbs.. or you wont get great results from deca

im on a deca sust anavar cycle. i did do research thats why im asking because ive never used deca before and i undeerstand it works by letting ur muscle use more protein in order to store a positive nitrogen balance
