hi guys... i just finished my cycle 12 weeks of test e and deca... waitng for PCT...the problem is.. i am super bloated now as i did not use any anti-estrogen during cycle.... plan to use clen for pct together with nolva and clomid... but im thinking of adding aldactone... should i add them as im bloated? is there any disadvantage?
y would u do it though ? the bloating will go away by itself..

Contest prep, Yes. To reduce water, I'd have to say I wouldn't do it. Cut back on sodium, sugars, and fats in your diet. I do not gain much water at all when cycling. Diet is key.
