I have been working out for a year, eating right...I am 30yrs. 200# and bench 280. I have been doing a lot of research. I have done3 cycles of Andros, and want to start taking more serious juice. What do you recomend and how much should I start with?
do a search for first cycle. the best thing is to run test only
Like gsxxr said test (e or cyp) only cycle for 10-12 weeks with proper pct at the end. You'll gain plenty with that if you eat right and train hard.
BTW most people begin with about 400-500mg a week for a first cycle.
wks 1-4 dbol 30mg/day
wks 1-12 cyp or enanthate 500-750mg/week
nolva 10mg/day
pct...
