80-120 is normal. You will usually start to notice symptoms at low 70's

A lot depends on your meals... if your fasting it's more like 80-100; if within an hour of a meal it may be closer to 120-130. You definately dont want it below 70. You will start to feel symtoms of hypoglycemia such as shakiness, sweating, confusion, bury vision if it drops too low. If youre hypoglycemic, drink some oj or something with simple carbs immedaitely.
