Nolva or Ldex during cycle???

Whats up fellas. I am going to be starting a 10 week cycle of test e. 500 mg/wk. I would like to run something with it to keep the bloat down and decrease any chance of gyno. This is my first cycle. I am 34, 6' 3", 205 lbs and about 11%bf. Can nolva and Ldex be run together or should it be one or the other? Also will taking any of these while on cycle hinder any gains. I have my pct on hand as well. I believe the on cycle dose for nolva is 20 mg/ed and Ldex .25-.50 mg/ed. Any advice is much appreciated. Sorry if this has been asked a million times. I did a search on this today and have been looking for this answer all day , but havent found it yet.

i start a cycle w l-dex for sure at .25mg/day....i dont start nolva unless i see signs of gyno

Do u use ARR Ldex? If so i imagine .25mg is about 3 squirts.

so u are withdrawing about 1/4 cc?

i dont know the concentration of it, but i'll assume it's 1mg/ml...so yes, 1/4cc

that is correct , according to the label on the website. So one botlle wil be more than plenty. I wil keep the nolva on hand in case of gyno symptoms and then use it with my clomid pct, if i dont need it for gyno while on cycle.

Thanks for the quick replies. I am trying to get this all together. I have the juice and clomid , but still need a few other things before i start next month.
