AR-R T3, do I shake before use?

I haven't been shaking it and I dont feel anything at 60mcg...should I up it? I am not warm or anything....

never used their t3 but i know some of the other products settle and need shaking. i've heard good things about there t3, and just because u dont feel it doesnt mean its not working.

Its weird though bro I took it during the summer (cant remmeber how much) and it made me hot like fire....didnt touch it like a few months later, i know it didnt expire...but this time i dont feel it? I just shook it like a maniac and well see how it works though...
