    Talking GREAT RESULTS from Deca/D-bol

    Hey guys, I am starting week 3 tomarrow and have had GREAT results.
    I am on 300mg Deca /wk and 20mg/D-bol ed and have gained a solid 10 pounds!!! I am noticing physical bulking and am starting to go up at lesat 10 pounds on all of my lifts!! BTW, this is my first cycle and it is well worth checking into for those of you who are new... here is the total layout-
    wk 1-10 Deca 300mg/wk
    wk1-4 D-bol 20mg/wk
    wk 8-13 Winny 50mg/ed
    clomid threapy starting wk 14
    And of course I am taking 2 protein shakes a day along with a protein plus bar.... Also I am taking Creatine Fuel Stack from Twin Labs (3capsules) after every workout

    Hope everyone is as stoaked as I am!!

    Make sure you eat a ton... don't rely on protien supplements too much.

    Yeah, I eat like a horse. I am eating something around 5500-6000 calories a day. I'll keep ya guys posted.

    a lot of the weight may be water from creatine and dbol /deca , sounds like ur happy man, get huge and keep workin ur ass off. later

    i disagree about the protein powders i think they r a great and easy source of protein and personally take as much as possible whilst on gear p.s if u loose anything apres cycle itll be water so dont worry

    Yes. protein powders are good, but you should rely more on actual solid foods..use protein supplements between real meals
