Alright first thing first I need advice on a cycle or the dosage amounts. i don't have anything to stack because of lack of sources but i have a 50ml bottle of test and was hoping someone could tell me the best way to grow off of just that. i know i have to slam protein, but any advice will be very helpful. thanks FNG

for a first cycle most ppl are gonna recommend 500mg test e a week for 12 weeks.

a lot of cats that are new to the game aren't really looking to shoot themself ED or EOD. shit, with as many "dbol only" threads I've seen it seems a lot of cats are reluctant to poke themselves at all.
