K guys, right now its the month in my religon where im fasting. im trying to eat as much as i can. It's a lil hard to work out when you been fasting the whole day + work + school.

I wanted to cycle back up, how long should i wait to cycle back up?

I am gonna do a Test Eth 750mg weekly + Test Prop 300 mg weekly for 12 weeks.

This will be my 3rd cycle.

Well I think the only real answer to the question is wait until your done fasting, plain and simple, in fact Id wait even a bit longer than that.

well ofcourse, im not plannin on doing it while im fasting. im waitin till my fasting is done, then im gonna get back and hit the gym for a while b4 i start taking aas. my questions is how long should that while be? after a person goes through a month of fasting?

Oh i see, well everyones going to be different. I dont think there is a real need to do steroids too soon after your fast. Your body hasnt been fed properly in a month so once you start feeding it properly its going to explode. Id say wait until you plateau then shoot some of the good stuff.
