    Cycle Research

    Hey everyone I have been doing research for a good first cycle or a while. The most common and basic one that I see is 500mg of test-e for 12 weeks. I have heard that some people throw in some dbol with this, what would you guys recommend?

    I like to recommend to people contemplating running a first cycle,Test only.But in all honesty,I see no reason why Dbol @ 30 mgs ED for the first 4 weeks couldn't be thrown in.

    might want to run some nolva during that cycle. 10mg daily should suffice and you'd bump that to 20mg for pct.

    Thanks for the response to the cycle question and the pct advice too.

    I might keep it simple with my first cycle of just 500mg of test-e for 12 weeks.

    be a rebel go for 40mg ed and the test e!
