test e is a single ester, about 10 to 14 days. sust is a 4 ester blend of prop 1-2 days, phenylprop 2-4 days, isocap bout a week, and decanoate bout 3 weeks.
i tried both b4 sus did nothing 2 me just some pain in the ass but i feel better with test e
