Clen or T3? w/ cycle & stats

As much as it's gonna be personal opinion and preference, I was curious to know what you guys thought about the effectiveness of these two products if run properly. I have already run clen and had effective results towards the end of my first cycle. I have been researching T3 for a few weeks and at the end of my cycle, about 10 weeks left, I wanted to try throw one of these in there to cut down a little more. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks guys.

By the way... Stats, just in case it helps.

6'2"
223
7% bodyfat (tested 2x month)
Diet = very clean

current cycle:
naps 30mg wk 1-4
QV Deca 400mg per week - 10 wks
QV Test E 500mg per week - 12 wks
Winny last 4-5 wks

T3 + Clen is very synergistic, because T3 upregulates beta-2 receptors.

Personnally I like running clen by itself........ Usually I run clen for 6-8 weeks straight(this provides optimal results, see hookers thread on clen), sometimes during cycle, sometimes during pct, and sometimes just I run just a cylcle of clen while off AAS............ With each I have recieved good results!!!!!!!!!! Just incase you didnt know you do need to take benadryl every third week for a week @ 50-100 mgs per night

I'm glad im not the only one who gets MIB2 quotes "that is not the navigational Stalk!"
I tried clen by itself and it didnt do much for me, but I would like to try T3 and clen at the same time...with benadryl every three weeks of course
