just a cycle question

What's up bros? Just had a question for ya all, I'm 5'9" wieght 201 bf 14%
Goal: drop body fat to about 9%, gain about 15 pounds


WEEKS 1 through 8
1 Sustanon 250 D bol 40 mg Deca 200

on week 4 and 5 Sustanon 500
on week 2 and 3 D bol 60 mg
on week 5 D bol 20 mg
Deca pyramids for 200, 250, 350, 400, 400, 300, 250, 200

Nolvadex 20mg from week 3 till the end of the 8 week cycle
Clomids 50mg a day week 8 till 10

Is all this pyramid shit rational or should I just run d bol 4 weeks at 30mg per day with sustanon 500 per week with losing the deca or would the deca help keeps more of the gains is it was run through the 8 weeks at 400mg

age? Cycle experience? And no pyramiding is old school.

Run the dbol 4 weeks/Test 500 mgs as you stated,and run the deca at 400 mgs.

Well cycle experience, did a d bol only at 25 mgs a day for 5 weeks, didn't know anything this is what the source needed to get rid of.
#2 fake cycle deca 400 and Eq 400 for 10 weeks. thats the story, didnt know about this forum so I'm just trying to run something in a professional manner. Like I said

Goal: bring bf down to roughly 9% and end up at around 210lbs
so figured the sustanon 500mg per week for 8 weeks with a 4 week d bol kick would be great. worry about losing the bf % after the gains. so I figured out that with a tight diet I'll gain about 15 bls to bring me up to 220 and cut up near spring cut down to 210. so thats my experience and goals. any help would be great, oh yeah nolvadex and clomind therapy during and the latter as a follow up.

I'd run it for 12-15weeks, 8 weeks of deca won't do much good.

than I'll just lose the deca and run the sustanon and d bol, if i do that should I bump the sustanon up alittle on the weekly dose, but I not going over 750???
