    loose fat and gain muscle ?

    fellas,

    have done a few cycles and made minmal gains. have collected enough gear for proper dianabol /sust/deca now. My biggest worry is that eating >4000cals i wont loose my existing body fat. im currently 82kg, 5 10, 40years,13 % bf. is it possible to get lean as well as gain muscle or is ot best to pile on the muscle then go through a leaning period?

    you'd be better off bulking with what you've got then go to a cutter or lean mass cycle. deca has a tendency to bloat certain individuals and that's why most reserve it for bulking purposes. Also deca is really calorie dependant. Meaning you won't grow much if you're not eating enough calories. When you're through with your bulker and you've recovered you might want to give a test prop/tren acetate cycle a go. Add in some clen and ECA along with a clean diet and cardio and you'll be on your way to being lean.

    yea bro id bulk now and cut later unless you really want to be strict on your diet and throw cardio in there at least 3x weekly then fat gains will be minamal....3500 cals of good lean food wont pack on much fat either its when you eat 3500 cals of fatty fast food you will blow up like dr phil

    if you bulk, dont worry about BF. Just dont go nuts. you can afford a percent or 2.

    I Agree bulk with that gear, but if your smart about it and eat the right food by this I mean lean meat and simple carbs Fruit & Veg, supplement your diet with amino tablets, protein drinks and meal replacement shakes you should put on plenty of mass and little fat.

    thanks heaps guys, for a cutting cycle i can getn some GH anthing else hard to find in oz what do u think? cut with GH??

    arent u supposed to eat complex carbs not simple.. simple being sugar etc?
