    Where to inject prop

    Hi

    Im currently injecting only 100mg prop ED. Im using delts and glute (4 sites) but they are still a little sore so i need more injection sites. I have tried thigh/leg but that was just to much pain. I know i can cut it with oil but i need to inject tonight.

    So what area do you suggest?

    I have never had any pain with prop.
    Has anyone else?

    sure prop hurts...why cant you do quads?...they are even easier than glute shots...

    Bro, I would suggest you hit your thighs. Suck it up! Hit your thighs and go to the gym for a nice leg workout. Working the injected muscle the same day has always helped me with the injection pain.

    They are not on www.spotinjections.com, anyone have info how to inject quads?

    i might try thigh once more... but not on a tuesday because i have to work, I cant say I stretched a muscle three weeks in a row.....

    The upper outer thigh is the best place to inject. A little closer to half way up between your pelvis and knee. Outer head. I think the first example on Spotininjections.com is the best area to hit.

    May be a little sore in the morning, my thigh's usually are. Remember to warm up the Oil, massage the spot and place a hot water bottle on it for 45-60 minutes the day after if soreness occur's.

    have done glutes, quads, delts,triceps, and pecs... the only problem i have had has been triceps... 1.5 c's was a bit too much for them i think..

    i favour my lats and glutes. flare my lats as if im doing a ab and thigh pose, and inject the juice in it. minimal pain, although havent tried it with prop yet
