    Are You Affraid To Squat?

    Think About The Last Ten Times You Have Used The Squat Rack.
    Did You Do Curls Or Shrugs?i Bet Most Of Those Ten Times Wernt Squats Because Of Your Knees Or Your Back Well My Knees Hurt And My Back Hurts All The Time But I Still Kill My Self Squating Twice A Week.if You Dont Squat Then Your A *****.it Doesnt Matter How Much Weight Just Do Them Correctly Until You Feel Like Your Gonna Die.

    squatting twice a week? are you giving your body adequate time to recover.....i cant train for 2 days after i do legs im soo tired......and i am addicted to squatting

    WELL ill do a full leg workout one day and about 5 days later ill just squat.

    squatings a bitch in the first place, and most people dont do it right, either from not going down all the way, or improper form, everytime im in the gym i see improper form where their knees are past the anckles, which in turn causes the back to be bent more. thats never suppose to happen, but it does.
    i like squating, cause i think its a great workout, but i always hurt my knee somehow, like a couple weeks ago i fell down the steps in my parking garage, and smacked my knee, that put me out for awhile.

    but it is a very effective workout, if you do it right!

    i used to go to a ny sports club and rarely to never saw anyone do squats, and if they did they were very cheesy. i dont get it why dont people hit the legs. now that i work out in my school gym i never see anyone train legs except for the sport teams.
