Novice and Looking for Injection Sight Info

I did a cycle about 3 years ago and saw some pretty good results. This time I have worked with someone to stack a good cycle that requires 2 injections a week. I have given myself the first two, one in the buttocks and one in the upper thigh. I have am using a 22 g 1.5 inch needle. Neither really bled at all and it didn't hurt, however, the following two days I could hardly move because both areas where so sore. I only did 1 cc per sight, but later in my cycle it is going to go up to 2. Is there something I am doing wrong or something I can do to ease the soreness out of these injection areas?

Thanks for the info. I my thigh was better than my buttocks. I am still sore from Monday there to the point I coulnd't sleep on my back. I need to rub it more I see and probably inject slower.
