what's the best approach to shooting sust at 500mg/wk? 62.5mg everyday, 125mg everyother day, 250mgevery third day, 250mg every 3.5 days(twice a week)
wk 1-12: sust 500mg/wk
10mg nolva ed throughout cycle
start pct 18days after last injection
wk1-3: 20mg nolva ed
day 1: 300mg clomid
day 2-11: 100mg clomid
day 12-21: 50mg clomid
i would say 125 EOD because of the prop, one of the esters of test in the sust combination
Either ED or EOD
ED is best if you can handle it
i'll prolly end up doing everyother day...i've read on here that a lotta people have had good success with eod

that was my first cycle too...
did my research and settled for 1 amp every third day...
two reasons...
first is convenience, as a newbie, shooting ed or eod seemed too much for me...
the suggested 125mg eod or ed was too cumbersome for a newbie like me, immean all the measuring and storing...maybe when i do that cycle again...
ran mine for 7 weeks, took dbol for the first four weeks...
gained around 15lbs, kept 10lbs...
just my 2cents...
ED or EOD.. Ed is best if you can hang with every day shots..
