how many people inject with their muscle flexed? does it matter if they're flexed or not?

Plus when you're relaxed your can tell when you start hitting a nerve, because your muscle twitches, and you can back off it before you go into it all the way.

I sometimes flex the target muscle prior to injection in order to determine exactly where the belly of the muscle is. But I always perform the actual injection with the muscle as relaxed as possible.
- Swab the area with isopropyl alcohol
- Relax the muscle and yourself
- Penetrate at a right angle to the muscle
- Quickly break the skin
- Slowly slide the needle into the muscle
- Always aspirate
- Inject slowly (30-60 seconds per cc)
- Don't move the needle during injection
- Quickly extract the needle
- Massage the area after injection

The muscle twitch is not a nerve-my quad would twich sometimes but it was not painful at all.

Relax the muscle prior and during injection and you will do much less damage to the muscle.

good info.. exactly how I do it.. Most important step for me is " inject slowly".. you can cut the pain by 50% injecting slow.

i never have but these guys im lifting with flexed their asses when they would shoot each other. they claimed the juice wouldnt get into their muscles if u didnt. it was their first cycle and i had already done a cycle and did not flex. jus wanted to make sure i was right

I agree with the muscle being totally relaxed but I disagree with slowly sliding the needle in.

i cant do my own my mrs does it for me..defo relaxed,all my weight goes on other leg,slightly bend leg on the side your injectin then you cant tense your glute on rhat side

It was these guys first cycle, I doubt they are too big to reach the ass. Or just really unflexable. I do it all one-handed.
