Test E (250mg Monday and 250mg thursday night)
Nolva 10mg every day
Then starting at week 6 winny tabs 50mg every day
week 11-13
Clomid Therapy
This is my first time doing AAS so I want to start off with a mild cycle I am 6'5 255lbs and have been lifting for 5 years...
What I want to get out of this cycle is 10-15lbs of muscle with little bloat any advice on a way to better this cycle but keep it mild would be great thanks...(Also is my PCT what it should be)

I just have one question about the nolva do you take it week 1-10 or throught the whole cycle untill I am done with clomid
Run Clomid/nolva together at the end for 4 weeks. If you want little bloat I would recommend ldex at .25mg ed, possibly letro. This might hinder strength gains a little, but should keep bloat down for sure.
take nolva 10mg ed during cycle and that should be fine. Up it to 20 post cycle with the clomid. Bollin shouldnt pct be 2 weeks after last test shot?
nolva ta 10mg week 1-12
nolva at 20mg week 13-16
if signs of gyno appear bump the nolva to 60mg till they subside... then down to 20mg till end of cycle
Begin it after 20 days.... or so I read... there are different opinions i think......
start it after 2 weeks to be safe then
