Hello, I will be starting my next cycle in December. It will be 600mg/week of DECA and 500mg/week of Test. I'll be running the cycle 10 weeks total. D-BOL weeks 1-4 @ 25mg/day. I was wondering what I can do to eliminate water gain from DECA/D-BOL? I need to be lookin good LOL not bloated. I was thinking A-dex. I've heard however that A-dex limits the AAS effectiveness or something? Can someone clarify. Also critique my cycle. OH! and PCT? What should I use?
well i think what can help you reduce the bloat is lower the deca dosage. i personally as well as many others run test at a higher dosage then deca.
1-4 dbol @ 30mg ED
1-14 Test E or C @ 500mg EW (inject twice weekly)
1-12 Deca @ 400mg EW
1-15 vit b-6 @ 200mg ED
1-16 A-dex @ .5mg ED
1-16 Nolva @ 10mg ED
17-20 Clomid @ 100mg ED
17-20 Nolva @ 20mg ED
Drink a gallon of water a day and avoid salt. A test/deca/dbol cycle is going to have some bloat. When you quit the dbol you will lose a lot of the bloat. When you quit the deca and test you will lose the rest of it.
yes you should really run the test at a higher dose than the deca mate this will help counter some of the very unwanted sides!!
Thanks guys... I still would like to know how much water A-dex would take off? And how much would A-dex affect the effectivness of the drugs?
