i am over half way finished with my EQ only 400mg/wk cycle. i have 5 weeks left. my question is :would it be beneficial to run T3 at 20mcg/day and Clen to trim up a bit? my bf is still hovering around 16% (that EQ makes me eat like a ****ing horse)

BUMP!!! is T3 at 20mcg too low of a dose? i am trying to avoid muscle loss.
With the eq I would say go to 50-60mcg ed, taper clen up starting at 20mcg up to your tolerance not to excede in my opinion 160mcg(two weeks on two weeks off - this is good as you will start clen back up in pct) . You need to clean up the diet if you want to loose weight. and 20mcg will do nothing as that is a replacement dose.
sounds like a plan....my diet has been "relatively" clean,,,give or take the weekends.....
so our bodies produce only 20mcg?...then why do ppl start off on a t3 cycle with something lower then 20?Quote:
