The guy I got my stuff off of said to work out at least 5 days a week if not more, but to change muscle groups, but from what I have read on here and what I know from muscle growth, you have to take time off for you muscles to repair. So is it good to still take a day off between each work out or because of the cycle go ahead and work out 5-6 days a week just changing muscle groups?
Does anyone know what works best?
