what are the recommended dosages without using to much or wasting the gear depending on yur body weight. how do you figure this out? Im about 170-173 pounds im looking for the gear dosages for:
Deca week
sustanon week
enathate week
cypinate week
fina week
winstrol week
dbol a day
i just hear to many different dosages from other people and im just tryin to be safe but get good excellent gains

what have you used in the past? and at what dose?
ive done sus every 5 days at 250 mg and deca every 7 days at 200 for 10 weeks
then right after i did fina eod till it was finished then took nolva for 3.5 weeks
it depends on ur past experience with roids & how ur body react with high doses or low doses but for 1st user test should be @ 5oo mg/w dbol 30-50mg/w winny 50mg ed
deca 300-400 mg /w
for how many weeks do you run each gear togethr
dbol as a kick start for just 4 weeks
test for about 10-12 weeks & deca should b run less by 2 weeks
weeks 1-4 dbol 40 mg
weeks 1-12test e or cyp 500mg
weeks 1-10 deca 300 mg
nolva 10 mg from week 3
