    Question first time

    Hey everyone! I have starting lifting for the first time in my life, I'm 39 years old, male, 6'1", 175 lbs. I was wondering what would be the best steroid to use for a first time user. I am pretty clueless when it comes to all of this and could use everyones help. I've heard everything from creams, orals, injectibles, etc. What do I do???? thanks for your help!

    test enanathate 500mg/per week IMO for 10 wks

    u will be better off building a natty base and getting used to eating and lifting right before u do any gear... jmo

    i would lift and hit diet hard for a good year before jumping on anything....but if you do keep it simple......test and maybe dbol

    theres tons of first cycle info if you type first cycle in the search engine.....but at 175 you just need to eat

    id train for several years before you even think about steroids . you can gain alot naturally, i gained in 2 years some 40-50 pounds when i first started lifting. now i havent seen gains like that in awhile. but you'll be surprised to see how much you gain naturally.

    I 2nd that. Dude should be hitting 3 T-Giving meals this year...... Eat 350mgs of protein each day and work out hard. You will be 200lbs in 6 months.
