first week cycle,help with program
can anybody recommend a good program while on juice?
been lifting for 3 yrs, followed mostly blood and guts workout of dorian Yates video but with 3 sets per exercise…
m on my first week of test/deca /dbol cycle…
was thinking of changing things up…
sorry, I know I shld post this in the work out section but threads get faster response her…

train each body part twice in a week on cycle and train really intensive...
what else ... no routine i can remember ... lol
