is 21 gauge too big for injections? what size do you guys recommend?? and how deep do you go (in inches)??

I usually go 1.5" in the butt and 1 inch in the shoulder. 21 gauge ok for the backside but 22 or 23 for the shoulders. IMO. Also depends if you use oil or water and some winstrol that I used in my shoulder needed 21gauge.

21G is better for drawing out of the vial rather than injections. Damn thing looks like a harpoon to me...

1.5" for glutes, 1" for quads, and I like 5/8" for delts. I never hit any spots other than that.

I'm trying out 25G right now, but if you're using oil then it does require a bit of patience. 23G is a comfortable size and doesn't take all damn day to inject.

yah, 21's seem pretty big to me, too. I usually just draw with them, and inj. with 23's or 25's.
