Okay,if you had to give one single bit of advice to new people, using gear what would it be?
spend more money on the food you consume than the gear you use..
and wait..
do tons of research before jumping into the gear
Start low on doses and number of compounds. No need to jump up the dose immediately or use multiple compounds when you're still fresh. More is not always better.

Learn as much as you can before jumping in, and never, ever listen to that "buddy" or "friend" at the gym, almost invariably they know DICK!

Alway train hard not just when your on the gear
Make sure you feed your body and flush it through.
Take plenty of anti toxins and supplements
wait untill u know all the ups and downs of steroids before takin them
I would say that when you are training and you thimk your set is finished do 2 more reps and learn to work through the pain to get those couple extra growth reps. And also learn how to listen to what your body is telling you. If you feel a bit overtrained take a day off , it just means its a ( GROW DAY) a day of rest . youll get better gains by listening to your body than you will by overtraining it. even on juc. oh yeah and furthermore decide if your a power lifter or a bodybuilder and train accordinly, these are 2 different athletes.
drink water and steroids arent the only thing you need to grow EAT EAT EAT and EAT also thats very important .. you could take tons of gear but never get the results you should or could if you dont eat enough and eat right
Use low dose and eat/train like a horse.
Have all your gear and ancillaries before you start, including pct... This is the #1 rule before starting a cycle.
dont start to young, do loads of research, first cycle should be test only, eat a good diet, dont overtrain, get enough sleep and do loads of intense training and feed your muscles with the required amount of protien,,,,,ohh and enjoy it
proper diet otherwise no gains.
always have a good PCT
aspirate before shooting.
Don't listen to mods and vets.

it should be a rule that any new member needs to read this before then can even make a posting....not like there would be a sure way to know they read it...but i think my point is clear.

BUILD your body NATURALLY before jumping into steroids. Im sorry but too many people jump into roids too young, for sports, just to look good etc. with NO natural build or any true discipline. too many lack the true discipline to train and really take your body to the limit before enhancing farther. I am naturally an ecto morph and trained 11 years naturally. Had lb ups and downs. 5'9.5 height....started at 125 lbs. got to a natural high of 241 (age 21 college) (ectomorph as well) and cut back down to 214 naturally at 8.7% bf. Its one of the hardest things for most people to comprehend but it builds a true knowledge of bb/fitness. Knowing ones body, etc.
i am currently running my first cycle or gear and I am happy I did it all naturally, plus I believe I will hold my muscle better down the road because of that. (thats just my opinion though) I am doing a cycle of deca test, dbol now at age 25 and have studied steroids(5 years study), hgh (2 years), nutrition, fitness for over 10 years.
thats my advice even though I have said more than one. education and building a natural base to the max are key.
