    Sust is primarily long acting esters, it will take a while before it kicks! I assume you are taking at least 500 mg/week?

    i took 250 for the first 3 weeks...this upcoming monday im startin the 500 and my 50mg winni tabs.

    Stick with 500mg/wk injecting EOD and results should appear. You diet, training and rest must be in order though.

    I'd also run the Winstrol 50mg/ED last 6 weeks. Running the Sust for 12-14 weeks for maximum benifits.

    250 mgs of sus. a week is like taking 30mgs of propinate a week and pheny. what is it also 30 or 60mgs and then the 100mgs of deconate and 90mgs of undeconate , anyways its something to that effect. you have to shoot sus. EOD at higher dosages to get something out of it , 250 once a week is a waste of your time

    do i do two shots a week at 250 or the full 500 all at one time?

    Every other day just like Swifto said... or 250 twice per week is ok too.
