Really I seem to get dimishing returns on any dbol experiment I tried past 5 weeks. Dbol is very fast acting, and you get good results quick, no point in going longer.
Four weeks is usually the norm and recommended by most people on this board, but 6 weeks at 25mg would be fine too at that dose. I wouldn't go anything over that.
4 weeks is long enough, but i think 30mg/day isnt enough. imo, i would bump it to 40mg/day.Quote:

I've gone up to 6 weeks of dbol at 25mg and never exceeded that amount. It worked really well because the test didn't really start kicking in until week 6-7 for me.
6 weeks is not that bad but to be in the safe side most people stick to four weeks.
personally i do 5 or 6 weeks with the 1st week increasing (10 mg/day and increase 5 mg/day up to 40 mg/day).
that also depends on ur total body weight, i'd say 175 lbs to 200 lbs, stick to 30 mg/day
200-225 40 mg/day, over 225 lbs 50 mg/day.
