    Best cycle for a D-End

    What would be the best cycle for a d-end at a prep school aspiring to go d1 looking for some qaulity size and strength and speed? The talent is there but the scouts keep underestimating the 6"1 230 frame. Any help is apreciated thanks.

    When it comes to choosing compounds:

    Size and strength definately go together.
    Strength and speed can go together.
    Size and speed don't go together.

    If you want all three, I'm at a loss as to what to recommend.

    Size and speed can go together if youre squatting heavy and sprinting constantly

    i have no idea on size AND speed. i like size. its my best friend. i guess i dont need speed.

    i guess i added absolutely nothing to this thread and wasted everybodys time. sorry.
