I know that Anabolic steroids are known for building muscle mass and boosting strength.I've read in the American Journal of sports medicine that it can improve Tendon repair after surgery. Whats your opinion on this?

What is my opinion on this? possibility.

What is my answer in reality? listen and follow through with whatever post-op procedures are from the doctor.

This is the sort of inspirational unanswerable question which will make you research yourself to death (more or less)

I know that Deca has been known to be very beneficial. But that's the only thing that I've heard to work.

They will all build tendons but in different ways. Something like Winstrol builds the tendon but in a non-natural way making the tendon quite weak and prone to rupture. I would recommend Deca , of course in a stack with test.
