4ad and Biotest M

Im currently taking 4ad and have not received any signs of gyno yet..I have herd it converts to gyno and because of that i boguht sompe anti estrogen, I cudnt get my hands on nolva because im in a real small town but I was wondering wud takign biotest m anti estrogen effect the results i would receive from my 4-ad?
