This will be a popular thread.

    flat bench 405 X 4
    squats 430 X 6
    rows 320 X 8
    military press 225 X 5
    dead lift 450 X 5
    barbel curl 170 X 6

I have never tried nor found the need to try a max rep...you don't gain anything from that except a potential injury...

I have to admit that it is easier for me to lift these weights given my short legs and arm length....being short has its advantages.

I really hate when ppl say that, i always here that shit. Its like you just leave it up to imagination.... id rather hear what someone can do one time than 5 times, cause i can do a lot of somethan one time no one else can, then they can drop the weight 50lbs and do it for more reps. Not bein a dick, but you get my point.

Ok, well I have used gear and here are results of my last cycle. My weight was 192lbs with 7 bf

flat bench was 390 for 3
    squats 465 for 4
bent over rows 225 for 5, need to work more back
dead lifts 415 for 8, stretched my clavicle over to the right after that one!
    barbell curl 185 for 3

I will blow those stats out of the water soon!

If you are in a comp that requres you to lift only one rep then you are right. But personally, I think it is more of an accomplishment to rep something more than once than just one time. One time means nothing IMHO. I really don't know how to respond to your comment....I guess different strokes for different folks...

and btw, I don't think anyone is a dick if they are voicing their opinions

I always stay paralell, you risk damage to your knees going to far down, but your stats for below par squats are impressive! Just watch your knees

No your right, the rest of the of world is using the metric system an were not..I have to buy twice as many tools because of that shit. The snap on guy loves to come by my house. I would love it if we used the metric system. I know in the medical field thats what they use mostly.

Squat below 90 degrees: 528 with powerlifting equipment. I think I`m good for 550 on a good day, though.
Deadlift: About 550 X 1 with a deadlift suit. About 530 without one

yeah i agree, im not going to call out anybody, cuz im just not that confrontational, but, these lifts are some serious weight, and im not even close to some of these guys. Unless we got a couple of extreme powerlifters here. but not sayin it to make me feel better, i just know how easy it is to lie on the net.

I dont really see these as being serious weights, ill be honest i can not squat 400, knees won't hold up for that, but when i was in high school, there were a few kids that could rep out 350 for reps on bench, and 225 on military. I can only bench 330 twice, but like other guy said, in 6'4" with a 6'6" wingspan, long arms an bench just dont mix.
