weeks 1-3 30mg dbol ED
weeks 1-10 400mg Test Cypionate: 2ml week
weeks 1-9 250mg Deca: 1ml week
weeks 1-10 1\3 tablet of arimidex ED

week 11 & 12: two injections of HCG 2500ui and 20mg NolvadexED
week 13 40mg NolvaED + 50mg ClomidED
week 14 20mg NolvaED + 50mg ClomidED

people are going to say deca is too strong for your first cycle but your going to do what you want....so i'm just going to say run the dbol for 4 weeks. You have your times and pct in order though. With HCG you shouldn't have a problem coming off deca.

Do some more reading. 3 weeks of dbol is too short, so I have reason to believe that you haven't read much. I would just go with a 10 week test e cycle at 500mg per week. 167 pounds? I say you are no where near ready to start.
If that's the cycle you want to do I'd run the Dbol for 4 weeks and the Cyp at 500mg/week. That'll give you some solid gains.
I agree surf the forums a bit and bulk up before. But, it's not always easy to hold off so if I were you I'd do:Quote:
