    training frequensy

    Maybe this one´s for the training section....

    How often do train one muscle per week while on juice compared to off?

    I try to do my legs and chest e3d, recovery is amazing, im on test 500mg ew.

    i do 3 days on 1 off. differnt groups every day

    you will get diff opinions from everyone on this subject. i do two on one off two on two off. one muscle group a wk except legs twice

    everyone is different... i like 5 on 2 off... but sometimes i will shake it up with 4 on 1 off or 2on 2 off.. i seem to get the best results from 5 on 2 off... u gotta experiment and see what works best for u..

    I do either 5 on 2 off or lately I have done 6 on 1 off (legs split between quads and hammys) and that has worked good for me.

    right now I am 6 on 1 off hitting everything 3 times a week.

    When it comes to evaluating the effects that superphysiological amounts of androgens effect your system - my best guess at this point is a faster recovery rate (as compared to YOUR existing recovery ability - not anyone elses) and slower return to homeostatis - where you were prior to training.

    Just becareful not to overtrain the first few weeks on the cycle. Stick with your regular routine until blood androgen levels have peaked... then start reaping the benefits...

    Here are some illustrations of my idea on this...

    On or off the gear you need proper rest and nutrition. Due to increased protein synthesis you need to supply your body with additional protein to build more LBM. And due to the cross over binding to glucocorticoids to block cortisol - you can tollerate greater intensity...

    Don't forget post workout nutrition. A natural body absorbs protein and carbs best right after training. A body using an exogenous androgen supply - soaks it in like a dry sponge... if cover all your angles while on, you'll and get the most benefits from the use.
