12 weeks eh? I have been told 10 and 12, whats the best to run?
arimidex @ .25 mg ED for the bloat...if you insist on running eq, run it for 12 wks and test for 13 wks, but as eGGZ said, 500mg test for 12 weeks would give great gains, and maybe throw in dbol at 35mg ED for wks 1-4
Alright, the advice is starting to take shape.. is 10 weeks to short in everyones opinion? weather I use deca or EQ I will cut it shorter then the test as this has been adviced
as eggz has stated abouve imo for a 1st cycle you ned no more than 500mg of some form of test run for 12 weeks.
I ran EQ for 12 weeks and wasn't long enough IMO. Things started to look good in week 12! Run test cyp or enanthate for the 13 weeks. I ran 500mg of test and 400mg of EQ. Wish i had run higher doses. It was my first cycle too.
