    diluting prop

ok i have heard to cut prop with sterile oil or b12 to lower the pain. i want to dilute 1ml prop with 1 ml of something. worked well when my long ester shots lined up with prop days but not very often. now my b12 is 1000mcg per ml. i think that is a bit much to take ed. can i use bac water to do this? or could someone refer me to a research company that carries sterile oil.

so does usp mean it is a sterile product? i have a 50 ml of pure filtered safflower oil. does that mean it is ok to inject. it has a rubber stopper so should i transfer it to sterile sealed vials?
