taking benadryl the whole time on clen

taking benadryl the whole time on clen as opposed to just every 3rd week. does this allow it to work more efficiently or is it a waste because the receptors aren't even full yet. if i do clen ( which i do) i usually take 50mg at bedtime, it kind of helps me sleep anyway. should i not or does it not matter.

I tried running it from week 3 to week 6 without stopping... It didnt work for me... I have heard hooker say it works real well. It goes to show everyone is different. Either two weeks on clen and two weeks off or no clen at all... IMO.
