Im 26 yrs old, and im 5'11 215lbs 16-18% bodyfat...I train 4days a week! I've down couple cycles in the past. First was,
500mg weekly for 10wks - sust
300mg weekly for 10wks - Deca
50mg daily for 45days - anadrol tab
& ran Nolvadex
My last cycle (2nd) was,
750mg Weekly for 12wks - Enantat QV
300mg Weekly for 12wks - Deca
& Ran Nolvadex
1st cycle i gained 18lbs
2nd cycle 26lbs.
Now its coming up winter time & ill be to go in about another month & im looking to gain alittle more solid mass maybe 10-15lbs...Any Ideas/Suggestions! Thanks guys
