first time using clen

i am going to start a clen only cycle soon..but i have no clue how much to take and how long to take it and im too lazy to look it up so if someone can help me out id really appreciate it..im 21 yrd old..205 pounds now..

hi , use clen about 2-3 weeks and than take a braik for 2-3 weeks , and that again start with clen , and if necessary take double dosages !

muckdog i think your the only one on here eating bon bons...and for sporting steriods, ive heard of the 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off thing but then i hear people saying to use it for like 6 weeks straight??any methos better then the other?

and if a ml is 200mcg then how would i figure out 20mcg 40, 60 etc...my oral syringe goes by ml's and theres little lines in between each ml..so what line would 20mcg or 40mcg be??

At a concentration os 200mcg/mL, .1mL is 20mcg.

Start with 20mcg and go up from there. Watch the blood pressure! Ensure proper diet+cardio or don't bother.

i was thinking doing it like alot of people ive seen...20mcg day1, 40 d2, 60d3, 80d4, 100d5, and just stay at either 100 or 120mcg more or less depending on how my body feels..and do this for about 6 weeks..along with taurine, bananas and a whole lot of H20 and benadriyl during week 3

now you've got it. Im going to be running it for 6 weeks after my ephedrine the rest of this week and my 2 week "off" period.

yup..sure am..ppl dont kno im 18 til they read my profile..kind of makes them question advice I hand out since I am so much younger. Was retarded and did a deca/dbol cycle last summer at 17. Prohormones and shit before..max lmg blah blah. Im trying to work my way down to 240 right now.

yea thats koo man as long as you dont go crazy with the juice...im 21 and ive only done a anavar only cycle with cardio and good diet i went from 221 to 200 in like 2 months...
