    Question on clen

    Im 150lbs Im going to do a 2-week low calorie clen cycle. Im going to consume 1500cal/day 40/40/20 (my maintainence is 2300) and 20mcg clen. Is 20mcg clen enough to preserve muscle mass?

    You have to see how your body reacts. Starting with 20mcg is good but you will probably have to bump it up before the end to get the same effect.

    I thought it builds up like dnp so I should be at around 60mcg week 2 if I take 20mcg ED??

    I dont really care about the thermogenic effect I only want to know if 20mcg clen and 150g of protein in my diet is strong enough to prevent muscle loss?? I got access to var but I dont wanna waste it on a cutting cycle if clen will do the same thing.
