    Milk Thistle (Silymarin)

    I just cant get Milk Thistle pills here in my country, but I can get pills of itīs active component (Silymarin), I would like to know the efective dose of silymarin to use instead of Milk Thistle...Thanks

    The Milk-thistle I use is a standardized potency of 80% silymarin(250mg per cap) I take three a day, but most people take more.
    I just make sure I am getting a standardized potency, so if thats all you
    can get, make sure you you know how much if it you are taking.
