I just recived my clenbuteral from ARR and it comes in 30 ml bottle 200 mcg/ml my question is it has like a spray top type thing....i obviously cant take 200 mcg starting so how would i make the dosage correct? Any got any info or how they did it? thanks
Lion's Little Pumpers are dosed like this: 10 pumps=1mL So, if clen is 200mcgs/mL, then 10 pumps=200mcgs. So if i do my math right :scratch: then 1 pump is equal to 20mcgs. Those little pumpers are quite accurate too so no need to measure it out with a slin. But you can if you want to of course..Quote:

Im going to do 2 weeks on 2 weeks off....starting with 20 mcgs the first 40 the 2nd, then 60, then 80 prob hang out there see the sides and if its all good then at most im gunna go up to 100....but im not going to go much further if the sides get to much. Then take a 2 week break and start all over again

2 on 2 off is good.. on my 2 off I usually take an ECA stack.....
ECA stack is what? and can you get it from ARR?
Ephedrine/Caffeine/Aspirin. I do not believe you can get it from ARR. Google it and do some price comparisons.Quote:
