    Dball before or after workout?

    I've been taking Dball for a few days now...11.20mg before my am workout...I feel like my heart's beating much faster-sweating profusely-and feel like I'm overheating? Any recommendations?

    I have 44.8mg tabs and quartered them. I'm only taking it twice a day right now for a total of 22.4mg a day...Are you saying I should take less than 11.20 before my workout? Would it be a good idea to take it after lifting?

    What all are you stacking with that dbol ? That dose seems a little low..but to each his own.

    250mg test c 2xw| 200mg deca 2xw| never taken DBal before so figured it wouldn't hurt to stay around 20-25mg a day...

    i take dbol before my workout. used to sweat for the first few days on it more than normal. my body is always warm though even into my 3rd week on it. My heart rate is normal. Nervousness can increase heart rate too but I don't let that effect me.

    500 test e ...week
    300 deca week
    30 mg ed 4 weeks.

    Why 100 less deca? What if I upped test to 600 and left deca at 400?
