Sitting Gear #2

I have a few bottles of winny that need to sit in the closet for a while. I asked the other day if that was fine to just let gear sit (in a cool, dark, and dry place) for a while..say a month or so. The answer was yes. However, I just looked at the winny and there's complete separation in the vial, which is a good thing but I'm curious if I need to shake it every few days or it doesn't matter. Can it just sit and stay separated for a month? Thanks

I do, but that's just me. I want to make sure it doesn't harden up on the bottom.
